At BEUNQ, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen resolution

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at ddservices006@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Return Pickup

  • Approved returns will be picked up via our courier partner (where serviceable).

  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

💡 COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you share details.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during sale / clearance

  • Customized or printed-on-demand items (if applicable)

8. Important Notes

  • BEUNQ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
